The Next 4 Years: there is still much to do

• Maintain a sound City budget in the face of the looming State budget crisis

• Find new sources of revenue that cannot be taken by the State

• Increase funding to our Schools

• Plan and build a community Sports and Recreation Center

• Ensure a variety of housing options of families, seniors and young professionals

• Work on long term transit solutions to relieve the the tough problems created by pass-through traffic

• Complete the revision of the City's General Plan

• Balance residential integrity with much needed funding from smart growth

• Investigate putting utilities underground
